I just had to try out this new technique tha I found on pintrest.  It's called ghosting and I believe another demo by the name of Fran had a video tutorial on it. Can you see what I'm talking about? Look closely at the flowers....see the DSP? Kinnda cool huh?!

Satin ribbon flower

I just made this beautiful satin ribbon flower! Although it would look great on a card, I am going to turn it into a hairbow for my daughter........once she gets more hair, she can use it ;)

Keep Calm

I cases this card from Nacy Berg. It is so cute! I love that the modern label punch can fit in the blossom punch! I'm not loving the flower, so I think I will be playing with this creation a little more.

Wish Big

I needed a card for my cousins upcoming birthday. I still had some silver shimmer paper and I wanted to use it somewhere. I love extra bling on cards. I typically case cards because I'm not very creative, but I did this one on my own! It's not great, but I think I am getting better and kinnda thinking outside of the box. Generally when I do cards, everything is squared, center, and rather boring. So I'm trying to remind myself to mix things up and not to be so centered.

Yet another World Treasures

Ok. I know. I need an intervention for this stamp set. ;) it is just too cute and I can't seem to get away from it! It's calling my name. Here is a simple design that I made.  If you can see, I used the new piercing tool, which I love!

Tile Coaster

Since my last post was the corkboard coaster, I decided to show you that you can make another kind of coaster out of plain old floor tiles. These are SO easy to make! Just rinse the tiles off, let dry, stamp, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes! So easy, right? These are retired stamp sets :( but I really love this flower. These would be great for favors!
